Dear Baby Boomer, Senior, Caregiver or anyone else that is looking to use YouTube personally.

Believe it or not, technology was so much simpler when I first started training residents in the local Assisted Living Facilities back in 2009. They learned about the computer, getting online and email. Now a days before we can even get to the Internet or email they have to learn how to operate their smart phones and tablets and get a feel for this technology known as the touch screen. Not to mention all the Social Media sites they have to learn about just to keep up with their children and grandchildren. teaching them about their smart phones and tablets (all have different phones and operating systems at that) it’s the different smart phones and tablets that are available, the different email platforms you can use and all the Social Media sites that their children and grandchildren are on now. There is so much new technology thrown at them no wonder they have no idea where to start.

With all there is to teach I have to say that the YouTube class has to be in the top 3 of my most favorite classes to teach. Why you might ask? When you have an older lady ask you if she will be able to listen to the song her mom use to sing to her when she was younger and you answer yes; you see the giddiness in her smile and a spark light up in her eyes.

Or you tell the older gentleman that loves to dance he can jam out to his favorite songs of old whenever he would like to, you see the skip come back in his step.

Or when you witness a grandmother watch her granddaughter on YouTube singing for the first time and she can hardly contain the tears, it does something to you.

This is why I’m so passionate about teaching this YouTube Course!
